We are operating in<br \/>\naccordance with our normal hours but we have implemented enhanced hygiene measures<br \/>\ndeveloped on the advice of public health authorities.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols<\/li>\n<li>We have increased cleaning of our premises including frequent touch points of lifts, door<br \/>\nhandles, toilets, tables, chairs using cleaning products suitable for the killing of corona virus<\/li>\n<li>We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitzers for our staff and<br \/>\ncustomers.<\/li>\n<li>We have displayed posters around the premises advising and reminding visitors of personal<br \/>\nhygiene and government advice to reduce the spread of the virus.<\/li>\n<li>We have reduced the number of potential touch points around the premises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nWe recognise for our younger visitors that they may feel confused about the ongoing situation and<br \/>\nwe recommend talking to them about the things that we can control such as washing hands and<br \/>\ndisposing of tissues rather than the things we cannot control.
