How do I purchase tickets to Smugglers Adventure?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can buy tickets either via our website or on arrival to the attraction.<\/p>\n

How do I purchase tickets to Hastings Castle?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We do not offer online tickets for Hastings Castle so you must buy them on arrival to the attraction. The castle is a cashless site and accepts all major credit cards except Amex.<\/p>\n

How can I buy a combination ticket to visit more than one attraction?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our combination tickets can be purchased at all three of our attractions in Hastings; Hastings Aquarium, Smugglers Adventure Caves and Hastings Castle. Purchasing our combination tickets offer you a fantastic discount. You have seven days to use these tickets once you have redeemed your first ticket.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Is it indoor or outdoor?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The attraction is set in underground caves so is indoor throughout. However please be aware these are historic caves which remain authentic so it can be quite chilly and damp.<\/p>\n

Is it dark in the caves?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The caves are dark but are lit with atmospheric lighting throughout making it safe and enjoyable for visitors.<\/p>\n

Are the caves scary for children?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The caves are not meant to be frightening for children, however the cold, damp atmosphere and dim lighting may mean some younger children are initially nervous to enter the caves.<\/p>\n

Do you have parking?<\/b><\/p>\n

Due to our location on the West Hill, we don\u2019t have any parking. The nearest free parking is on Priory Road and on the surrounding residential streets.\u00a0 From there it is a short walk across the West Hill to Smugglers Adventure<\/p>\n

Do you allow dogs?<\/b><\/p>\n

There is a strict no-dog policy at all of our venues with the exception of registered guide dogs. We do not allow support dogs \u2013 only registered guide dogs<\/u>. This policy also applies to Hastings Castle.<\/p>\n

Do you have disabled access?<\/b><\/p>\n

Due to their positioning, neither Smugglers Adventure or Hastings Castle has disabled access. Pushchairs are not permitted at Smugglers Adventure and should be left in the buggy park at reception. Hastings Aquarium is fully accessible with the exception of the underwater tunnel which has 7 steps down to and out of.<\/p>\n

Is it indoor or outdoor?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The majority of the attraction is outdoor as Hastings Castle is a historic castle ruin. There is a small underground section (the historic dungeons) and the on-site cinema – however the attraction is deemed as an outdoor attraction.<\/p>\n

Can I bring my dog?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unfortunately no dogs, except guide dogs, are permitted into the Hastings Castle grounds.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
