Important to know about the water playground

We make every effort to open the water playground as often as possible, but this is only possible when the water values – such as chlorine and pH – are within safe margins. Because the pool is shallow and used intensively by many children playing, these values can get out of balance faster. This means the water playground may be closed during your visit.

Water Playground

Linnaeushof identified the need for a safe environment where visitors can enjoy the cooling without the dangers of massive crowds and deep water. A deliberate choice was made for a water playground with separate sections for the younger and for the older children. In the section for the smaller children, for example, there are many benches so that the adults can sit close to their children. When the children are a little bigger and can explore the more exciting part, the benches are further away so that they have a greater degree of freedom.
