Are you open?
We are open everyday except from Christmas Day and New Years Day. For live opening and closing hours please check the times banner at the top of the page. Please note last entry is one hour before closing time.
Should I buy tickets online or at the door?
We always recommend to buy online tickets as they are 10% cheaper than the tickets at the door. However if you have any promotional offers these can only be used when buying tickets on the door.

What is there to do?
We have a huge range of different exhibits from our Underwater Tunnel that is home to one of Europe’s largest collection of Sand Tiger Sharks to our Seal harbour where you can meet some of the friendliest animals in the world. Our full exhibit collection can be found on our Exhibits Page.
